You can also call and register by phone by speaking with Renea at 780-492-9625. Finally, you can download the form below and mail in your registation anytime. Onsite registrations will be available at upcoming ADF Classic Car for a Cure Lottery Events. (A list of events can be found at ADF Classic Car For A Cure Ticket Sale Locations)

Three pledge levels are available for this year’s event:

Level 1:

- Free Registration

- One Free Hamburger and Beer (Saturday)

Priority Cruise Pass (Be one of the first 100 to Register with a minimum $100 and get a front of Cruise Pass and a $25 Century Casino St Albert Vee’s Gift Certificate)

Level 2:

- COLLECT $500 – $999:

- Free Registration

- Rock’n August T-SHIRT

- One Free Hamburger and Beer (Saturday)

- Priority Cruise Pass (Be one of the first 100 to Register with a minimum $100 and get a front of Cruise Pass and a $25 Century Casino St Albert Vee’s Gift Certificate)

- $50 Fuel G/C

Level 3:

- COLLECT $1000+:

- Free Registration

- Rock’n August T-SHIRT
