Rick comes to Rock’n August from the Edmonton Cosmopolitan Club. He has spend many years on the Board representing the Club and in 2019 agreed to take a role on the Executive as 2nd Vice President. He became President in 2021 and has stayed in the role for this coming year. He is passionate about both cars and raising funds for Diabetes Research.

Randy started with Rock’n August as a Sponsor, then joined us as a St Albert Chamber Representative on the Board. Since then, he has expanded his sponsorship with Denton Agencies Ltd, Co-Operators Insurance and held a number of roles on the Board. At the Nov 22 Annual AGM, he took on the role of 1st Vice President.

Seb joined the Board in 2021 through his affiliation with the St Albert Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 2102. He very quickly became an invaluable member of the Board. At the November 22 AGM, Seb stepped forward to assume the role of 2nd Vice President. The Board is happy to welcome Seb to the Executive!

Cheryl started with Rock’n August as the Race Director for the Annual Father’s Day Soapbox Derby. She stayed on and became an Edmonton Cosmo Representative until assuming the role as Treasurer in 2018. Cheryl is also a member of the St Albert Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 2102 She is now in her third term as Treasurer and leads the Classic Car for a Cure Lottery Committee.

Kathy has been on the Board for several years. She first joined us as a representative of the St Albert Fraternal Order ofEagles, Aerie 2102 and a member of the Edmonton Cosmo Club. She joined the Executive as Secretary in 2018 and began her third term as Secretary at our November 2022 Annual General Meeting.

Brent is a member of the St Albert Cosmopolitan Club and also a 3 term President for Rock’n August from 2015-2017 and has managed our Vendor Program for several years. Brent’s passion is raising funds for Diabetes Research and his project car, the Cuda. We can’t wait to see it out at the show soon!

Jerry is a member of the St Albert Cruisers. Jerry has previously served on the Board Executive. This year we are happy to have Jerry returning to the Board as the St Albert Cruiser Representative as of 2022. This will be Jerry’s second year on the Board.

Patti has volunteered with Rock’n August for many years. She joined the Board in 2021 as the Edmonton Cosmopolitan Rep and at the November 22 Annual General Meeting took on a roll as Director at Large. Patti is also a member of the St Albert Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 2102. She is a member of the Lottery Group, travelling around the province helping to promote and sell tickets on our classic lottery cars.

Jackie has had interactions with Rock’n August over the years. She has assisted in providing volunteers from the St Albert Merchant Hockey Team and has also been our Nurse at the Soapbox Derby and more recently at Rock’n August. This year, she was out Summer Staffer assisting in preparations for the Event. We are excited that we didn’t scare her away and that she decided to put her name forward. At the November ‘22 Annual General Meeting, Jackie accepted the position of Director at Large.

Rick comes to us from the St Albert Cosmopolitan Club. He joined the Board at our November 22 Annual General Meeting. Although he is new to the Board, he is not new to Rock’n August. He has put in many years of volutneering and helping to raise funds for Diabetes Research. He is a welcomed addition to the Team!

Gary has been a St Albert Cruiser from the start. In fact, he was involved in Classic Car Shows in St Albert before there was a Cruiser Club or even a Rock’n August Event. Gary has volunteered right from the beginning. He is a critical members of the Classic Car Lottery since its inceptin as well. He joined the Board in 2021 as the St Albert Cruiser Rep and now continues on as one of our Directors at Large.

As members of Rock’n August, the St Albert Chamber appoints a representative to serve on the Board on their behalf. We are happy to congratulate Christina on her appointment as our 2022 Representative.

As members of Rock’n August, the Edmonton Cosmopolitan Club appoints a representative to the Board. We are excitd to welcome Shawna in 2023, as the Club Representatives.

Renea joined us in 2021 as the ADF Representative on the Board. It was her first year and she was a trooper. With year 1 under her belt, she is looking forward to a more “informed” 2022 and we are grateful to have her on our team!
