Tuesday, May 3rd 2022 - REGISTRATION IS LIVE!

Registration is now ready to go! You can register online via EVENTBRITE. The link is provided to the right. If you would like to register in person, over the phone or mail in your registration form, you can do that as well. Alberta Diabetes Foundation is open from 9:00AM to 4:00PM M-F and are happy to help you register or you can mail it in with the information provided on the form.
