Christina comes to Rock’n August from the St Albert Chamber of Commerce. She has spend many years on the Board and eventually agreed on taking a role as 1st Vice-President. She became President on fall of 2025. She’s passionate about raising funds for Diabetes Research.

Chris joined Rock’n August as a representative of the St. Albert Chamber of Commerce and eventually joined the Executive Board and is not the 1st Vice-President. His love for cars and music is a perfect fit as he brings great ideas to the table and is not afraid to do the work to see them through.

Steve joined the Rock'n August team as a St. Albert Cosmos Representative. In 2025, he was put to the test of assisting and running all the events and survived! Now he dives deeper as the 2nd Vice President role assisting the sponsorship committee with securing valuable sponsors.

Rick comes to Rock’n August from the Edmonton Cosmopolitan Club. He has spend many years on the Board representing the Club and in 2019 agreed to take a role on the Executive as 2nd Vice President, and then as President in 2021 . He is passionate about both cars and raising funds for Diabetes Research.

Cheryl started with Rock’n August as the Race Director for the Annual Father’s Day Soapbox Derby. She stayed on and became an Edmonton Cosmo Representative until assuming the role as Treasurer in 2018. Cheryl is also a member of the St Albert Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 2102 She is now in her third term as Treasurer and leads the Classic Car for a Cure Lottery Committee.

Kathy has been on the Board for several years. She first joined us as a representative of the St Albert Fraternal Order ofEagles, Aerie 2102 and a member of the Edmonton Cosmo Club. She joined the Executive as Secretary in 2018 and began her third term as Secretary at our November 2022 Annual General Meeting.

Jackie’s passion for making the world a better place as a nurse and Director at Large from Rock’n August. She has had a great impact in the amount of funds raised in support of Diabetes Research and in interactions with coordinating our Rock’n August events and volunteers.

Mayra joined the Board in 2024 through her affiliation with sponsoring Rock’n August since 2022, with her expertise in Marketing. She very quickly became an invaluable member of the Board.

Brent is a member of the St Albert Cosmopolitan Club and also a 3 term President for Rock’n August from 2015-2017 and has managed our Vendor Program for several years. Brent’s passion is raising funds for Diabetes Research and his project car, the Cuda.

Randy started with Rock’n August as a Sponsor, then joined us as a St Albert Chamber Representative on the Board. Since then, he has expanded his sponsorship with Denton Agencies Ltd, Co-Operators Insurance and held a number of roles on the Board.

Kery has volunteered with Rock’n August for a couple of years, as a member of the St. Albert Cruisers. She provided assistance with parking at the Rock’n August events. She brings with her great knowledge of cars, managing event sites & parking and Marketing.

Jerry is a member of the St Albert Cruisers. Jerry has previously served on the Board Executive. His knowledge of cars and Marketing insight is a valuable addition to our team.

Gary has been a St Albert Cruiser from the start. In fact, he was involved in Classic Car Shows in St Albert before there was a Cruiser Club or even a Rock’n August Event. Gary has volunteered right from the beginning. He is a critical members of the Classic Car Lottery since its inception.

Shawna joined Rock’n August as a Representative of the Edmonton Cosmopolitan Club. Her expertise in Merchandising and Accounting are a definite asset to our team. Her zest and enthusiasm keeps everyone smiling throughout our jam packed schedule.

Renea joined us in 2021 as the ADF Representative on the Board. It was her first year and she was a trooper. With year 1 under her belt, she is looking forward to a more “informed” 2022 and we are grateful to have her on our team!
