There are many opportunities available, whether it is an interest in selling buttons or 50/50 tickets, helping answer questions at the information desk, or helping park cars.

We have something for everyone!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

(Week of Rock’n August, August 6-10, 2024)

Please use this guide as a way to identify the opportunity that you are interested in. Complete and submit the form above and someone will get back to you within a few days acknowledging your application was received.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Volunteer shifts are available for morning, lunchtime and evening events. Each volunteer will receive a Volunteer Event Tshirt at their first shift and it is theirs to keep! Refreshments such as water and snacks will be provided. All volunteers will be asked to attend a pre event orientation the week prior to RNA Week. Details of the training will be announced by the end of June.

BUTTON SELLERS: Volunteers will offer RNA Week Buttons for sale on site at RNA Events. Buttons are $5 each and once purchased, are good for the entire week. Children under 12 accompanied by an adult who purchases a button get theirs free. Shifts depend on the event but will generally not exceed 3 hours. Refreshments will be provided during your shift.

50/50 TICKET SELLERS: Volunteers will offer RNA Daily 50/50 tickets on site at RNA Events. We are old school, we sell tickets off the roll! They are offered at $5 each and are valid for the current days draw only. Shifts depend on the event but will generally will not exceed 3 hours. Refreshments will be provided during your shift.

INFORMATION TENT: Volunteers will provide support to event goers by answering questions or contacting organizers to assist in the answering of questions. You will also assist in taking car registrations when necessary. You will be provided with an information guide to assist. An Event supervisor will be available with you at all times.

EVENT PARKERS: Volunteers will assist Parking Coordinators in directing vehicles while on site. No live road traffic direction will be required. Trained staff will be in place to work live traffic roads. Your primary responsiblity will be to help keep traffic moving on event sites to get them parked as quickly and safely as possible.

LOTTERY TICKET SALES: Volunteers will process ticket orders at the Lottery Tent. Tickets are available for both the ADF Classic Car For A Cure Lottery and the Rock’n Wine Cellar Raffle. A Coordinator will be on site to assist as needed.
