VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

GENERAL INFORMATION: In 2026, we are celebrating 30 years with the addition of Rock’n the Racetracks in June. Volunteer shifts are available over both June and August events. Each volunteer will receive a Volunteer Event T-shirt at the pre event orientation the week prior to these RNA events. Arrangements can be made to receive shirts at your first shift. Volunteer shirts are yours to keep! Refreshments such as water and snacks will be provided at each event.

REQUIRED TRAINING: All volunteers will be asked to attend the pre event orientation the week prior to their events. There will be a general training and a separate one specific for Site Parking Staff volunteers. Everyone will be required to attend their specific training. Details of the training will be announced by the end of May and June respectively.

POSITION SUMMARIES:

BUTTON SELLERS:Volunteers will offer RNA Week Buttons for sale on site at RNA Events. Buttons are $5 each or more (as donation) and once purchased, are good for the entire RTR weekend / RNA week. Children under 12 accompanied by an adult who purchases a button get theirs free. Shifts depend on the event but will generally not exceed 3 hours. Refreshments will be provided during your shift. Each button (RNA week only) will be accompanied by a Meal Punch Card for use at specific August events. Holders are entitled to one meal at each Breakfast or BBQ event identified on the Punch Card.

MEAL CARD VALIDATION: Volunteers will stand at the start of meal lines punching the Button Punch Card. Each person in line will have received Punch Card when they purchased their Button. If they do not have a Punch Card, they can purchase a button from a volunteer at that time for $5.00.

50/50 TICKET SELLERS: Volunteers will offer RNA Daily and Progressive 50/50 tickets on site at RNA Events. Shifts depend on the event but will generally will not exceed 3 hours. Refreshments will be provided during your shift.

INFORMATION TENT:‍ ‍Volunteers will provide support to event goers by answering questions or contacting organizers to assist in the answering of questions. During the RNA August week, you will also assist in taking car registrations when necessary. You will be provided with an information guide to assist. An Event supervisor will be available with you at all times.

EVENT PARKERS: Volunteers will assist Parking Coordinators in directing vehicles while on site. No live road traffic direction will be required. Trained staff will be in place to work live traffic roads. Your primary responsibility will be to help keep traffic moving on event sites to get them parked as quickly and safely as possible.

LOTTERY TICKET SALES: Volunteers will process ticket orders at the Lottery Tent. Tickets are available for both the ADF Classic Car For A Cure Lottery and the Rock’n Wine Cellar Raffle. A Coordinator will be on site to assist as needed.
